Hi guys,
In class today we had no daily check, and instead spent the time going over the homework that was due today.
In class we disscussed: Hess's Law. This law is used to find the change in enthalpy for a reaction when there exists no direct path for accomplishing the reaction. Enthalpy is a state function meaning the change in enthalpy is independent of the path. We also talked a bit about calorimetry.
Homework: 63,65,69,73 Dealing with Heats of formation. We will get ready for a lab the following class and a test review, then a test.
